    Mike has worked in mental health for over 25 years, setting up services, as a clinical lead, and as a therapist. Mike is widely published and continues to work on a consultancy basis across the UK and internationally. He is trained to use CBT, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy and EMDR.
    Mike is a Trustee of the award winning youth mental health charity, ‘The Lowdown’, he works across the country with the Compassion Focused Parenting CIC and is an associate lecturer with the University of Northampton.
