Megan Halewood is a 500 hour Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher at Megan Marcelle Yoga & Retreats, alongside studying to become a Hypno-Psychotherapist. Megan’s teaching is focused towards supporting people to understand their mind and bodies better, in order to live a happier and healthier lifestyle. This is reflected in her teaching and many who have attended her retreats have described them as life changing.
Megan blends elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Mindfulness into all of her sessions and provides students with tips and tools they can take off the yoga mat and into their everyday life. Her aim is to make yoga accessible to everyone, she has experience working with children from the age of 3, right up to adults in their 80’s.
